Kyle & Melanie started K & M Construction Group together shortly after Kyle transitioned off active duty service because they struggled for years to find contractors who excelled at communicating, attention to detail and above all, integrity. Melanie has worked in property management since 2016 and interior design since 2017. Kyle earned his Construction Engineering Management degree from OSU in 2008, began property management in 2011 and then home remodeling in 2012.

Melanie has always been gifted at interior design and decided to pursue it professionally in 2017. After years of friends and family asking for her help decorating their homes, choosing colors/finishes for their projects and consulting her about floor plans/layouts she decided to offer her services professionally. K & M Construction Group is also a member of the National Kitchen & Bath Association which offers tons of support and guidance for potential remodeling projects.

Eric & Bryan Stevenson were the first two employees of the company and have been instrumental in our successes.
